Fridge freezer all appears fine but delivery not good. Delivery men would only deliver item into hallway of my house despite AO's website clearly stating delivery is to a room of your choice. .In this case it was to be the kitchen where I had paid additional money to have thw old appliance collected and recycled. Delivery men flatly refused to do this. Complained to AO who seemed not to care.
